The first 10 food vendors will participate Friday April 19, 5pm to 10pm. All the food vendors listed will participate Saturday 10am-5pm.
Food Vendor Application and Required Documents
We are now full and not accepting new applications for 2024. If you would like to be put on a waiting list email [email protected] with a picture of your food truck/trailer/tent and a list of what you sell.
Arts, Crafts and Cottage Law-food sales vendors is a different application but they are also FULL and not accepting additional applications on their waiting list.

City of Gardendale Permit for food trucks and push carts
All food trucks and push carts (basically anything on wheels) must complete the form below and send us all the required documents listed on this form. For questions about the required information, please call Jay Brown at city hall 205-631-8789.
Add the $34 fee to the total payment. Do not send separate check.
Fire safety requirements
Use this inspection form to ensure you are abiding by the fire and safety requirements.

Fill out the required menu list. Do NOT attach a prepared menu list. This list goes to the Health Dept on this form only.

Coca Cola drink order
Food vendors choosing to sell drinks must order from Birmingham Cocoa Cola United Bottling Company through our application available in Feb.
